My production instance was on older watermark format which was not using random formatting and recently we upgraded to Random Watermark Support plugin, which means system is generating random watermark.
But will the system still support emails coming in which were on older watermark?

Check the sys_properties - glide.email.watermark.parse_restrictive value in production.
