You can add Record producer in your Order guide to open incident Record. Order guide do not open any ticket by itself.

You need to create record producers that will create incident record. And this record producers you need to add in to order guide.

You directly can not open incident ticket.

When I try to select the item I want to use I only have the ability to select a 'catalog item' and not a record producer, how do you select a record producer?

Hello Shannon,

You need to go to sys_properties.list, find the property glide.sc.item.order_guide_exclusion and remove sc_cat_item_produce from the Value list. Then, record producers will appear in the slushbucket for items you can add to your order guide.

You have to remove above mentioned value from properties.
