Hello Ankur,
thank you for your quick response.
The links that you shared are very interesting, but in the instance where I am working does not have the SPM or the Service Owner Workspace plugin, so I can not find the scheduled job 😞
and I do not think that the SPM will be installed in the instance.
Do you have any idea how can I find the scheduled job in the instance?
Thank you for your response🙌

Hi @AB6
First check Servicenow documentation: View Service Level Agreement (SLA) results in Service Portfolio Management
Service Level Agreement (SLA) results in ServiceNow are automatically calculated and recorded [service_sla_result] when you have the Service Portfolio Management - SLA Commitment plugin activated.
The system tracks SLA compliance on individual tasks and aggregates them into the Service Commitment results using background scripts and scheduled jobs.
There is a Schedule job : Calculate SLA result to populate the data in the table .
Refer: What is triggering SLA Result calculation?
If above job not found , check scheduled job : 'SPM Performance Score Computation'
