How to add a dropdown field with "Multiple" select?

I need to add a dropdown field and it has 4 choices - say a, b, c, d.

And user should be allowed to choose "multiple" choices.

And this field should be a "Reportable" field.

Hi bharath,

Sadly this field type is not available (yet). You're best option to achieve multiple select values that are reportable is either via a 'List Collector' for catalog items/form (not the best UI if we're all honest) or type 'List' for forms and tables extending 'task' such as the Incident form.

Okay.

This is fine.

I have done this and working fine.

And May I know what is "reportable" means.

Because this is a requirement I received and I am not sure what is this means.

Hi bharath,

This term is often referred to so as to ensure a data point can be reported on (via lists, queries and specifically reports) rather than being a calculated value for example.

All newly created fields or variables are reportable by default.
