How to add a reference qualifier condition for a reference type variable of variable set

Hi All, 

I have a variable set (Requester & Requested for) which is used in 9 catalog items, I want to add a reference qualifier condition  for a specific catalog item, to show only users belongs to hardware department in the requested for variable and it should not effect to other 8 catalog items. How can I achieve this?

You need to re-create the variable outside of the variable set for this one Catalog Item and hide the one within the variable set with a Catalog UI Policy that applies to this Catalog Item.
