Hi ServiceNow Community Developers,
I am following the ServiceNow for Slack setup guide to connect ServiceNow and Slack. Inside the ServiceNow for Slack popup that appears after clicking the "Connect ServiceNow to Slack" button I populate the ServiceNow instance URL, OAuth Client ID and OAuth Client Secret however when I click Submit button I get the 403 error with details = Request failed with a status code 403.
Those of you who have worked on ServiceNow Slack integrations before I was wondering if you have ever seen something like this and how were you able to overcome it. From the way the steps are outlined this is supposed to be a very simple configuration however for some reason it's not working as expected for me.
Would you please advise as to what it is that I am doing wrong.
