How to add Additional fields on Templates

Hi,

 

On every Incident, Requested Item the below template is available.

I want to create a template for Request & Task tickets for SD agents.

The options on Template of Work Notes or Additional comments are not available.
I have seen that on Incident table configurations have this option available but not on Requested item and task tables (attachments)

How to enable or add this fields. Any Suggestion's please.

hello @SHAIK MAHABOOB2 ,

please check if there are any acl's configured on that field .

I can see it in my PDI and its selectable .i suggest you to check acl's
