How to add dynamic hyper link in the catalog item description?

I'd like to have the hyperlink as shown in below image. Based on the logged in instance hyperlink should redirect to dev or test or prod instances. Please help me how to configure this.

Hi,

Add the url in using Insert/edit link icon in catalog item description. Your URL should be after slash.

Remove form URL - https://instancename.service-now.com/

For example-

/sp?id=kb_category&kb_category=379b6552ff0131009b20ffffffffff1b

It will be dynamic as per your instances.

you can use Rich Text label variable and include the hyperlink

You can use relative URL using /

Example: you want to take user to incident table in respective instance

/incident_list.do
