How to Add embedded survey in email notification?

Hi All,

I want to add a embedded survey in email notification,so i can submit the survey within that particular tab.

here i am sharing document link as follow i tried and follow this link but it is not working for me.

Also i have installed the plug in(com.sn_ms_oam), selected Send notifications check box and Outlook Actionable Message check box. Still it is not working. when i using the below mail script nothing is showing in email notification preview . 

${mail_script:include_survey_actionable} 

${mail_script:include_survey_actionable}  also present is email scripts.

Please help me on this.

Hi Harshvardhan,

Thanks for your response. But still once we click the link in email , opening in snow instance instead of opening in email client.

Kindly check and let me know if any other solutions found.

Where you able to find a solution for this issue? I have the same problem, I did follow all the steps regarding embedding survey in outlook but the survey was still not embedded.
