Problem Statement:
Catalog Builder is not working, so fulfillment steps are being added manually through the tables sc_service_fulfillment_step and sc_service_fulfillment_stage.
A fulfillment stage record can be created and linked to the catalog item, and a fulfillment step record can also be created successfully.
However, while creating the fulfillment step manually, there is no option to configure task details such as assignment group, task creation logic, or other fulfillment behavior. Because of this, the fulfillment step is not creating the required catalog task.
Need guidance on how to manually configure fulfillment steps so that catalog tasks are created correctly with assignment group and other required details.
