How to add help text for a field over the incident form

How to add help text for a field over the incident form?

When i go to configure variable and text under the 'Help' it doesn't perform any action. Can someone suggest please.

Hi,

right click on the field Configure Label then populate the field Hint and press Update:

Hi Alberto,

I am aware of what has been mentioned by you if I add the text in hint it will be visible only when someone hover on the field but my requirement is to have the help text.

In this doc its mentioned currently help is not in use.
