How to add "Add" button on problem related list on incident form

I have a requirement to add "Add" button on problem related list on incident form, I have created ui action for it but don't understand how to display problem list in it and add to related list

There is no need to create a custom UI Action.

Go to the problem related list on the incident form. Right click the columns to show the context menu.

Navigate to the "List Control". 

There should be an option about the "Edit" button.

I see. I apologize for misunderstanding.

You can open OOTB records for "Add" button and check its script.

I know that Incident table has an existing "Add" button.

If you want to add new incident you haave option for create new incident,
Also there is EDIT option from where you can add existing incident too.
