How to add "Add" button on problem related list on incident form

I have a requirement to add "Add" button on problem related list on incident form, I have created ui action for it but don't understand how to display problem list in it and add to related list

Here Problem record having add button on incident related list 

And if we click on Add button 

Incident data list will be displayed , 

I want same function on incident table for problem related list

@Dhanashree1 Yes, from here I want to add "Add" button just like the New and Edit button
