How to add/remove columns to the Change Schedules?

Hello,
I'm looking to change the columns in the change schedule view so I can remove configurations items and add the short description of the change. For clarity, I am referring to the highlighted columns.
I've seen it was raised in the below link but wasn't followed up on.
Does anybody know how to do this?

Hi Prateek,
Thanks for the reply. Do you mean the column fields in the record summary tab? If so, I removed configuration Item from this set of fields and it still remained as a column header.
Any ideas?
