How to add three column in the servicenow catalog form.

I don't think its possible to add a three column layout in a catalog item, see previous thread below:

You could utilise multi row variable sets (mrvs) to add multiple columns

As far as I remember you cannot have catalog item with 3 columns

Only 2 columns are allowed.

Solution would be as:

1.Container Start : 2 column wide alternating side

2. Container start :2 column wide alternating side

3.Check box : 25%

 4.Container Split

5.Checkbox : 25%

6.Container end

7.checkbox 25%

8.Container end
