This is actually the new Change Landing page that shipped with Change Models / Multimodal Change. It will be replacing the legacy change interceptor. For upgrade customers, we preserved the ability to use a combination of the new landing page and the legacy interceptor. It is all property driven. Here is a blog on this new capability along with details on the property settings.
