HI @LekhaJ
Not sure what your use case is, but you can consider using Flow Designer.
Could you please share more details so we can guide you better?

Currently, I have 5 reports that I pull from ServiceNow and use a macro to create a single report which is shared across. Now I am looking at ways to automate it and send a file to my outlook directly. We don't have scheduler enabled.

I currently pull 5 reports from ServiceNow and use a macro to combine them into one. I'm looking to automate this and have the final file sent to my Outlook.
