Hello I am in desperate need of help ; I would like to request maintenance schedules from system owners by affected service but in our organization we have over 900 systems that requires maintenance schedules and I am trying to find an automated way of requesting through ServiceNow without sending out 900 different emails. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
