You would have to do 2 imports where the first one is the cmn_schedule table and the second one is the cmn_schedule_span table where the field Schedule is the Maintenance Schedule you want to associated the Schedule Entry too. You could use easy import to generate the excel file and import it into the 2 tables.

Thanks Mike for your information.
I have a concern about value for "Applies to" field and "Condition" field. I tried to load as value shown below:
However, it didn't work. Just note again that we need to import data by using excel (not XML).
If possible, can you please help me? Your support is my appreciate!
Have a good day!

Go to Maintenance Schedules, right-click on header bar, and click on Import. This is easy import and will generate an excel spreadsheet that you can fill out, and use same process to import the records. Once these are done, move to step 2
Step 2
On the navigation filter, enter cmn_schedule_span.list (no return or enter). This will give you a list view of Schedule Entries. You will do the same process, right-click on header, Import, get excel file, etc - but under Schedule, enter the name of the Maintenance Schedule you want to associate this entry too.
