How to bulk load Maintenance Schedule

I would like to bulk load Maintenance Schedule by using excel file. Can some one have experiences on this, kindly help me?

I looked at Transform maps, and you can map to the condition field. You would probably have to use a script to get it set correctly but I see that easy import isn't going to work.
