How to calculate ageing of each RITM?

Hi All,

We need to calculate the age of each RITM. How can we achieve this?

Requirement is to show this data (age of each RITM) in Dashboard.

All you need is to create a report on RITM table and then Group by Created. Follow link for steps which also has supporting screenshots.

Open Requested Item Age Monitor dashboard

Use this dashboard when you wish to dive into open requests for items divided by Age.
