I want how to calculate the risk factors and how the risk factors are reflecting in change 
what are the configuration steps behind them. I also want how to update the risk factors in change.

Hi Harish,

How to update the risk factor fields and risk factor values. I mean where we can update those fields.

For Example: If we have risk factor field like outage required. So, I want to change that field as like expected service outage required and also values like for No outage - 4 and < 1 Hour -8.
