Hi Christina,
what do you want to do exactly? I don't understand if you have problems for setting up the schedule or if the problem is creating an script that checks the easter time... Please, provide me more info.
Thank you.
Regards

Hi Javier
I have for each sla a schedule created now I want to create a schedule for the holidays to be excluded from the sla calculation.
But the holiday that vary in the date as easter are hard to define.
I would like to avoid to rembember every January to update those holidays manually.
Is it now clearer?
Thanks by the way for your help again 🙂
Christina

Think adding the entries is only option.... If you are afraid that you might forget to add those, you might add a schedule job that runs maybe yearly to send you a mail that notifies schedule needs to be updated

You could probably use this, Easter, and have it run in a scheduled job every Jan 1 to calculate the day of Easter and create a schedule exemption based on that. I have not tried it, but it should be fairly straightforward.
