Hello @Prasanna_Patil ,
I think the mapping works for ITIL users because they have write access.
For non‑ITIL users, you’ll need either ACL adjustments or a server-side script to insert the encrypted value.
This may work !!
If my response helped mark as helpful and accept the solution.

Hi Prasanna_Patil ,
It is generally not recommended to give non-ITIL users access to encrypted fields on any table form (here it is an incident form) in ServiceNow due to security risks, as field encryption is designed to protect sensitive data from unauthorized users.
Non-ITIL users should typically only view incidents where they are the caller, opener, or in the watchlist.
If it would have been non-encrypted field, in that case ACL create/update for non-itil user would have been better option.
