How to capture user information[name/email] in public survey response

Hi All,
We have got a request to configure a public survery which will go to exernal users and one of the main point is that the user who submits the survey, their information need to be captured and based on that other process need to be formulated..
Any help would greatly be appreciated.

You could add it to your survey as required fields. That'll capture in the assessment responses.

Yes thats possible but client doesnt want to ask this in questionnaire and thats the challenge we have and trying to find out how to capture as a response

- Who are the intended recipients of your survey? --> these are external users who wont have access to servicenow.
- How is the survey currently triggerred?-- Right now we are just doing a POC but for actual requirement it will be based on certain trigger condition.
The main point is, client doesnt want to ask the person filling survey to enter his email id/name etc but when the survey is submitted the name/email id should be captured so they know about it and based on that further conversations they can continue..
