Hello @Community Alums , 

All the workspaces related are inside New Experience Framework > Experiences. (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-platform-user-interface/page/administer/navigation-and-ui/task/add-workspace-unified-navigation.html)

And the workspaces are related in this M2M however if you change the order does not work, check this link: https://www.servicenow.com/community/next-experience-forum/how-can-i-reorder-the-experiences-on-the-workspaces-drop-down/m-p/2218247
