How to change views?

Hi, can anyone assist with how to change from the Self-Service view.  We are experiencing variation in the ability to change views and mine is in Self-Service view and I need to have the default view.  It won't let me select it.

Give us a screen shot of what you're looking at as there's likely two different ways (that I know of) this could need to be addressed.

Hi,

In ui policy you can change view.

If you select global it will be applied for all.

or you have to select view.

UI policy's view field is not used to change the view of the form. It specifies which view that the UI policy is supposed to run on.
