How to check performance issues in servicenow?

Hello Experts,

we have a requirement to resolve all the performance related issues in our instance. But unfortunately, there is no information of where is the slowness exactly. we need to identify ourself and need to provide the fix. 

Could you please suggest me where I can find the slowness or performance issues in the instance?

I have checked some slow queries and other than this do we need to do anything else? @Ankur Bawiskar

finding the root causes for performance issues is not an easy job and there is no magic solution for that.
