How to Configure Change Request Models?

Hi,

Currently when selecting the options under the 'Change Request Models' I receive a blank page for the 'Standard' and 'Emergency' changes. I did not set the Change Request Models up, so I have no idea how to rectify this issue.

Could someone point me in the direction of a video or how to instructions for configuring this feature please? I would also like to add an option for 'Major' changes if possible.

Please check Interceptor for Change Request.



Go to Left Navigation > Interceptors > Change Request Models.



Here check the target URL.

In regards to the Change Request types, you may review the below link from SNOW's official documentation:


Change types



At the end of it, you will find instructions how to set a new type of Change in the topic 'Add a new change request type'.




Note the Release on which your SNOW instance is running!
