How to configure email notification for survey forms once incident is resolved.

Steps done:

Surveys---- Trigger Conditions---All done.

Emails----Notifications-------Survey User Invite----------Post that i dont know how to proceed.

Please post some one with the steps.Is scripting is necessary.
