how to Copy catalog variable value in RITM and TASK description

HI Team ,

I am  working on catalog item and my requirement is

There are 2 variable in catalog item form.

des-Multi line text and short - single line text.

Short - ABC

Des - test

So  my requirement is when I submit and order the catelog item these two variable value should be copy in RITM and TASK description

Like below

Short : ABC

Dec: test

How can we achieve that .please guide me

1) And this is specific for few req_item/sc_task or you want to make a solution for future raised items also?

2) These values would be copied from Catalog item's description/short description right?

1) This is only for particular catalog item 

2) There is two catalog variable A and B. and Both value I want in single description field of TASK and RITM

We can give Triger condition in business rule like.

There is one variable category so we can give trigger condition like if category is keyword then our bussiness rule should work  

or can you help me with client script

I am working first time on catelog itme

why not update that logic in your catalog item workflow instead of creating a new BR?
