How to create a dialog box

Hi,

 

I am working on a requirement to add a custom field to the User table (sys_user). This field needs to be displayed in the user reference preview (dialog) on the Incident form and also in IMS (Service Operations Workspace) within the user details preview.

Could you please help with the following:

  1. How can I create or verify the user reference preview (dialog) that appears on the Incident form when hovering over fields like Caller?
