How to create a multi-select field on table form and record producer?

Good Afternoon,

I am creating a new table form and record producer.  I am wanting to know the best way to get a multi select field.  The list takes too many clicks, is there a way to create a multi select drop down?  Any assistance or KB articles are greatly appreciated.

for multi selection service now provides checkbox variable or list collector variable this can be found while creating a new variable in record producer

With the checkbox variable can I have multiple choices? Or do I need to a make a variable for each option?

you have to make variable of each option ,

you can try using list collector variable and create a choice under that variable that is also multi select.
