How to create a new timezone

Our Service Portal will be used across multiple unique time zones.

I have created a number of different digital clocks, partly using the method specified here:

The problem is the time zones I require are not listed. Is there a way I can add my own unique time zones?

Go to time zone dictionary and refer choice list and clik new !

go to sys_user table open ----your record....you will find a field calld as time zone......right click and configure dictionary .......you need to add choices of your time zone .......

I can see the choices, but when I click on one (or create a new one), where is the time zone calculation displayed? e.g. UTC + 10 hours.

You should have ADMIN ROLE.....
