How to create a report on Active ( open) RITM's where all its tasks are closed

Kindly let us know how to create report for following requirement . 

1. Open RITMs where all tasks are closed ,--> Sometimes all the associated tasks of ritm's are closed but RITM is still open . So we need report to track those RITM's.

2. RITMs without a catalog task. --> Sometimes , Tasks will not be created for the RITMs and the RITM will be stuck .So we need report to track those RITM's.

Hi Jaspal , 

Thanks for answering my question .But this is not working out when there is two or more tasks . 

In my case , 

Ritm has three tasks .Two task are closed and one task is still in open state  , This report is picking these kind of RITM's as well but it should not . 

My question is 'even after the closure of all the tasks, Few RITM's will be in open state . We need the report of those RITM's.
