How to create Interactive filters in PA

Hi,
In Performance Analytics(PA):
I have get the percentage breakdown for 'Customer' in terms of Response and Resolution within SLA for priority P1.
For this, I have created below:
1. I have created two automated indicators and one Formula indicator for Response.
2. I have created two automated indicators and one Formula indicator for Resolution.
3.I have created two Widgets for Response and resolution.
4.Added two widgets into one dashboard.
Now I want to create one Interative Filter based on priority P1 SLA's in incident to get the data of each Customer (Ex: Caller in incident form).
Can anyone please help on this, It will be useful.

Hi @mania ,
Please note that interactive filters is only for normal reports. When we talk about performance analytics we talk about automated breakdown and breakdown source instead. Basic, you need to create a breakdown source based on the sys_choice table. when then you create the automated breakdown, you map the the automated breakdown to the breakdown source and to the table / field of your choice.
Furthermore, remember to add the automated breakdown to your automated indicators and formula indicators.
