Hi Veera,
If you are using workflow then you can have more than 1 catalog task activity to create more than 1 task for that RITM.

The number of tasks created is determined by what workflow you call when that RITM is created.
Create a workflow that contains whatever tasks you want created and assign that workflow to your RITM.

Hi,
I am creating a RITM by using below steps:
Service Catalog---selecting any catalog items----select any item ----then fill all the required fields----then click on Order Now----
then Request will create---
next if i click the RITM in the down RITM will open after if i scroll down i will get only one task.
I want to be those tasks should be more than 1.
this is my requirement.
