Hello Everyone,
I recently faced an interview question that left me puzzled. The interviewer asked how to create records in the Incident and Change tables, as well as generate a Record Item (RITM) in a single form.
I found myself confused between using Record Producers for certain services and Catalog Items for others. Despite the interviewer’s hints about a specific table that could help, I wasn’t able to formulate a response.
If anyone has insights on this topic or can point me to relevant articles, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. I’m eager to learn more!
Thank you,
Atik Bagwan

Hello @Atik2 Bagwan
A Record Producer can be used to achieve this.
An Incident can be directly created by running the record producer on the Incident Table.
Change and RITM can be created using Record producer script. There is no Table as such.
Please mark the answer as helpful and correct if helped
