How to CREATE ticket from JIRA to Servcienow ?

Hi Team,

Requirement is that user will create bug in JIRA system , the same ticket should be created in ServiceNow.

Is it possible to Create ticket from JIRA to Servcie-now? If yes how could we create it ,is there any documentation arround it.

Note : We have many videos /documentation for creating ticket in SNOW and integrate  it with JIRA and we have achived it as well using JIRA spoke. But now the ASK is to create the  Bug in JIRA then it should create incident in SNOW.

Please share your inputs.

No idea if you're open to deploying an external help i'd recommend checking out zigiops. it can help you connect jira &snow in no time. ticket creation is quite easy and with the bi-directional integration, you'll be able to sync the two and have it transferred (synced). it can be customized to snow ticket in jira is possible.
