how to customize POST INCIDENT REVIEW Report for Major incidents

I Have a requirement to customize Post incident review report for major incidents , to include branding , additional text/color etc in each section of PIR template. but i am unable to find any PIR template/any way to customise it .

On opening any of the major incidents , i could see PIR under related tabs having overview /timeline etc but even with security admin role not finding a way to customise it .

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated .

Hi, We are also looking at this - I've clicked on the link above but this appears to only be part of the Security PIR.  Is there a way to change the standard Major Incident PIR as part of Major Incident Workbench ?
