Hi @mania ,
OOB dashboards cannot be completely deactivated..
Remove the role that grants access to the OOB dashboard:
For example, the role sn_sow.it_agent_dashboard_user is tied to the OOB IT Agent Dashboard and is inherited by sn_incident_read.
By removing this role, you can effectively prevent users from accessing the dashboard.

@mania You cannot deactivate the read only dashboard, you will have to raise a HI support case for same but you can change the overview dashboard from UI builder.
1. Go to UI builder and search for "service operation workspace" in experience.
2. Look for the dashboard visible on homepage under "Home", fifferent dashboards are visible based pn the audience.
3. You can mark the record inactive and save it.
4. You can create the variant of the page you made inactive and add another dashboard there as empty overview in SOW will not be of any use.

You cannot deactivate read only dashboard but you can edit to make it inactive for all users or provide role based permissions to restrict the dashboard to specific roles.
If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.
Thanks,
Bhuvan
