How to deactivate the oob readonly dashboard on sow

Hi,

I want to deactivate the oob dashboard under service operation workspace so here i cant able to deactivate due to readonly.

Can anyone please help on how to deactivate the oob dashboard.

Hi @mania ,

OOB dashboards cannot be completely deactivated..

Remove the role that grants access to the OOB dashboard:

For example, the role sn_sow.it_agent_dashboard_user is tied to the OOB IT Agent Dashboard and is inherited by sn_incident_read.

By removing this role, you can effectively prevent users from accessing the dashboard.

I deactivated sn_sow.it_agent_dashboard_user for the user but still they are able to see the dashboard.Deactivated from all related places still no luck

Hi @mania ,

OOB dashboards can be hidden for specific roles/users. Creating a permission record in the table "par_dashboard_permission" can help hide the OOB dashboard.
