we have Service Catalog integrated with another ticketing system, for each ServiceCatalog request item, it generates one ticket in that system, either Incident or Service Request, with respective Impact, Urgency and Priority. How am I able to maintain these properties consistently in ServiceNow? Thanks!

itmatters,
All a Catalog Item does is present variables (questions) and launch a workflow. From the workflow you can do a runscript activity to define any of the fields on the table.
