Hi
So i am trying to delay a survey for 5 days going out. In dev i'm setting it up to delay 10 min. It's not working. When i am adding
Closed - relative - on or before - 10 - min - ago
It stops working (it works with out, and it is sending the survey at once) . So what is the best way to have a delay on this survey?

Hi Marcus,
You can use Scheduled Job.
Call the event in Scheduled Job. After 5 days this event will fire the Survey notification.
Let me know if this will work.
If I have answered your question, please mark my response as correct so that others with the same question in the future can find it quickly and that it gets removed from the Unanswered list.
Thanks you
Cheers

I will try that. But do you know why my set up doesn't work? How do you use "relative?"

Based on your screenshot, it seems you didn't define any Relative field in your configuration, you should specify that. Also, are you sure of the Repeat Interval set to 5 minutes?
Please do a check of these things.
Feel free to see the example here as well:
Configure a trigger condition for a survey
