We have a couple of old environments that we no longer have access to, how can I go about deleting them from the Clone targets list? When I try it says, "The current record cannot be deleted until all 1 instance clone records referencing it are deleted." Where are these clone records? How do I delete them?
I also need to rename an instance if possible, we changed the URL of an environment to align with the rest.
Thanks,
Donovan

They are under Clone History. Remove the ones that reference the source you want to remove and then you should be able to remove it from Clone Targets.
I don't think you can rename one, I think you will have to re-add it to the clone targets.

I don't see a way to delete the clone history, unless I am missing something obvious...

SN purposely has it locked out so you can delete them. I'd point you to HI support to have them remove the entries.
