these are coming from "sys_journal_field" TABLE 

so you need to go to that table and delete records for your particular ticket

Hi, this is not a simple/quick task and unless there is a critical underlying cause IE the comment is offensive or breaches security I would not consider it. Also if the details you are intending to remove relate to a security issue, personal data etc, then this process does not guarantee that the data has not been shared by email or is not accessible someone in the platform via a system log or similar and the best practice would be to declare a security incident and manage as a data breach.
