how to delete scoped applications in a list?

HOw to delete selected applications from the below list? i am unable to do it?

i am not finding those scoped application that i have created through studio as scoped applications?

yes, but when i am searching they are not visible but i am finding them when i go through studo to create a scoped application as i menntiond picture earlier!!

then do this

1) Ensure you are in correct scope

2) visit sys_app.list

3) open your application

4) then delete
