How to disable camera in the now mobile app

Hi,

Any help would be much appreciated please. Iam trying to disable the Open camera option under add attachments in the servicenow now mobile app. Any information would be of great help.

Hi @Raahul2 ,

Go to Now Mobile Configurations and then go to Mobile Properties in your instance.

Search for this property - glide.mobile.attachment.sources

Set it to only include the sources you want and by this it will disable camera from add attachment.

Thank you for your knd reply, but unfortunately I donot see the system properties under now mobile. I see under classic mobile app and that doesnot have this property.
