How to disable: Next Generation UI pop-up after applying hotfix

Hotfix applied, now I see this pop-up every time I login. How do I disable this before other users see it in Prod after the patch is applied?

This did the trick in our instance.

I don't know the preference exactly, but if you tick the 'don't show me again' box and check your user preferences, you will see what it sets. If you create another one with the same settings, without a user, it will be globally applied for all.
