Navigate to Service Portal -> Pages 

Open index page and delete Virtual agent service portal widget instance

Hi there,

It depends, are you using Agent Chat configuration or are you using the legacy Service Portal widget?

For Agent Chat configuration:
- Service Portal > Agent Chat, and deactivate the record concerning your portal 

For legacy Service Portal widget:
- Investigate if the widget is added to several pages, or perhaps embedded in a header or footer. Remove it from there.
